New Douglas Adams Radio Serial
The ultimate version of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was the original radio production, which came before the book. Making evocative use of the medium, it created a zany world that neither the eventual book nor the recent movie (good though it was) could touch. Of course, how could it go wrong with Peter Jones as The Book. Now Dirk Mags, who adapted Adams's later books in the Hitchhiker's series, is bringing Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency to the radio as well.
