Flash in the Pan

I had previously reviewed QuickSeals and found them a smart idea, though I questioned the cost of adding one to an already opened food package. Now I have to wonder about the long-term quality. I've had a bag sporting a QuickSeal for about a week in the fridge. Today when I went to use it, I found that the clasp of the seal had tipped on end and that the bag wouldn't open. It was like having a zipper burst, only in reverse - can't open instead of can't close. By sliding the clasp to the open position, I was able to reinsert it, but it's annoying to have something like that happen after that short a period of time. I'll keep watching them and if I have any more unfortunately derelictions of duty, I'll be sure to menion something here.
