Seafood Buying Savvy
A number of readers have been dismayed by the Whole Foods fish fiasco. One, though, pointed out a great resource: Seafood Watch. This is a fabulous online destination for those who want to purchase safe and healthy seafood that also doesn't cause sustainability or other problems for the oceans. Bravo Monterey Bay Aquarium for making this available. Though I suspect that some of the residents in the tanks may not be so keen on the idea.
